You will work closely with leadership to drive strategy, close deals, and represent the company at industry events while ensuring ongoing customer success after the sale.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding ambitious sales quotas for new, innovative B2B products.
• Team player who supports colleagues and collaborates across teams.
• Experience selling in-person to C-suite Executives.
• Self-starter capable in a high-growth environment.
• 4-7+ years of sales experience.
• Excellent sales process, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to coach and empower sales associates.
• Ability to assess unique customer needs and sensitivities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Account Manager to create a client growth strategy and a sales plan to meet quarterly bookings and sales targets.
• Call on warm leads and close them, while developing a pipeline of new leads.
• Travel to existing customers and new leads in the territory for in-person meetings.
• Identify industry and customer trends to influence short- and long-term priorities.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
• Contribute to brand growth by delivering sustained customer success beyond the initial sale.
