Job summary

Aperia Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sales Director to expand the commercial footprint with enterprise accounts and drive new business. This remote role reports to the Senior Sales Director and focuses on high-growth, strategic selling to C-suite stakeholders across the West Coast.

The position emphasizes building a client growth strategy, closing warm leads, and developing a robust pipeline. Competitive compensation includes base salary with OTE, equity, stipends and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding ambitious sales quotas for new, innovative B2B products.
• Experience selling in-person to C-suite executives.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to coach and empower sales associates.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Account Manager to create a client growth strategy and sales plan.
• Call on warm leads and close them; develop a pipeline of new leads.
• Travel to customers and leads in the territory for in-person meetings.
• Identify industry and customer trends to guide short- and long-term priorities.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
