Job summary

Aperia is seeking a Sales Director to bolster customer service and sales by expanding our commercial footprint with existing enterprise accounts and new customers. This remote role reports to the Senior Sales Director and is an individual contributor position.

You will drive strategy, close warm leads, build a pipeline, and travel for in-person meetings with clients on the West Coast. This role emphasizes growth, sustainability, and industry leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of exceeding ambitious sales quotas for B2B products.
• Experience selling to C-suite executives in in-person settings.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Account Manager to create a client growth strategy and sales plan.
• Call on warm leads and close them; develop a pipeline of new leads.
• Travel to existing customers and new leads for in-person meetings.
• Identify industry and customer trends to influence priorities.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
• Contribute to growth of the brand through sustained customer success after sale.
