Job summary

Aperia is seeking a Sales Director to bolster our enterprise sales footprint with existing large accounts and to win new business. This remote, west-coast role reports to the Senior Sales Director and is an individual contributor position.

Base salary is $110,000–$130,000 with additional compensation including OTE, equity, stipends, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), long-term disability).

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years of sales experience.
• Experience selling to C-suite executives.
• Proven track record in B2B sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales Account Manager to craft growth and sales strategies.
• Call on warm leads, close deals, and build a pipeline of new opportunities.
• Travel to customers and prospects for in-person meetings in the territory.
• Share industry insights to influence priorities and strategy.
• Represent the company at conferences and events; drive customer success post-sale.
