Picus Security Inc. in the Americas region seeks a Sales Director for West & Central to lead Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives, guiding a data-driven, consultative sales approach for security software products.

You will own the team quota, define GTM strategy with partners, collaborate with Solution Architects, Product, Marketing and Customer Success, and drive growth across a global remote workforce.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of enterprise/strategic account teams in a consultative SaaS environment
• Extensive cybersecurity sales background with multi-stakeholder deals
• Strong track record of meeting/exceeding quotas and coaching teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives
• Own and deliver team quota with a balanced plan for new business and expansion
• Set goals, territories, and account plans; oversee pipeline reviews and performance checks
• Drive revenue forecasting and pipeline management using CRM; report to leadership
• Engage in key deals as executive sponsor with C-level stakeholders
• Collaborate with partners to create joint plans and drive opportunities to close
• Hire and retain top sales talent and foster a high-performance culture
• Instill a consultative sales methodology from discovery to close
• Coordinate with Solution Architects, Product, Marketing, Support and Customer Success
• Stay current with cybersecurity industry trends and ensure team alignment
