Picus Security Inc. is seeking a Sales Director, Public Sector, to lead enterprise cybersecurity sales within government accounts on a fully remote basis in the United States.

You will build lasting relationships with select public sector customers, drive adoption of Picuss software platform, and coordinate with partners to close large deals. The role requires 8+ years in cybersecurity sales, strong communication, and a proven record of achieving quotas in complex government organizations.

Responsibilities

• Remain in regular contact with customers and prospects to understand their priorities and tailor Picuss solutions
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve quotas in the public sector
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the sales plan and Picus vision
• Manage opportunity pipeline and revenue forecast using the CRM system
• Stay current with industry changes in cybersecurity and public sector trends
