Picus Security is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales of its security validation software to enterprise and public-sector customers worldwide. You will own the full sales cycle, become a subject-matter expert, and collaborate with customers and partners to improve and optimize their security posture.

You will lead in-country field sales strategies, develop channel partnerships, and work with cross-functional teams to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Enterprise Account Executive experience in a highly consultative sales environment.
• Strong customer orientation with ability to understand needs and priorities.
• Growth mindset and business acumen; willingness to learn cybersecurity trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to build relationships.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven strategic execution.
• Advanced level of English – written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute in-country field sales strategies to achieve quota and business goals.
• Develop and enhance the channel ecosystem to create plans, generate pipeline, and close opportunities.
• Support marketing programs, including conferences, dinners, roundtables, and sponsorships.
• Collaborate with Product, Field Marketing, Finance and Operations to align priorities.
• Manage in-country marketing budget, forecasting, vendor management and ROI.
• Measure campaign performance, pipeline contribution and key metrics; optimize programs.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitive activities to refine sales strategy.
