Thryv is seeking a Sales Director to lead a high-performing sales team that targets small and mid-sized businesses. You will own the revenue number and the people behind it, coaching sellers to build a strong pipeline, run consultative conversations, and close deals.

You’ll ensure long-term client success with the Thryv suite of products and maintain an active field and pipeline presence. You’ll recruit, develop, and hold the team to high activity and integrity standards, while leveraging

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related experience, required.
• 2+ years as a Thryv Business Advisor, with proven success across the full sales cycle.

• Develop sales professionals through coaching, onboarding, and development plans.
• Drive new business acquisition by prospecting and growing SMBs in the market.
• Build pipeline and drive deals to close with weekly review and guidance.
• Champion solution selling by aligning Thryv solutions to customer goals.
• Foster long-term client relationships and onboard adoption for ongoing retention.
• Own the plan and the number by building territory plans and translating into results.
• Be visible in the market through networking and local business events.
• Lead with data by using Salesforce and reporting to coach performance.
