Össur is seeking an Empower Sales Development Representative to independently develop the early-stage EmpowerX pipeline in a remote-eligible role across several states, including WI. You will analyze markets, target accounts, and craft outreach strategies, advancing opportunities for demonstrations and handoffs to the Business Solutions Manager.

You will manage discovery with decision-makers, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain CRM-led forecasting while meeting pipeline and demo

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales/healthcare tech or SaaS.
• 3–5 years in consultative business development or SaaS/medical sales.
• Proven ability to identify target accounts and build early-stage pipelines.
• Experience with multi-stakeholder discovery and qualification decisions.
• Proficient in using CRM data to prioritize work and inform strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Develop market strategy and prioritize high-potential accounts.
• Lead discovery conversations with admins, physicians, and leaders.
• Evaluate workflows, needs, and value; decide on next steps.
• Provide complete handoffs with context and recommended actions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage early-stage forecasts.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Sales Leadership.
