Job summary

Össur seeks an Empower Sales Development Representative to build and manage the early-stage EmpowerX pipeline in an assigned market. You will identify accounts, pros ect, and guide opportunities through discovery to handoff to the Business Solutions Manager.

You will own the outreach strategy, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and maintain accurate CRM data to drive qualified demonstrations and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years in consultative business development, SaaS or healthcare tech sales.
• Experience identifying target accounts and managing early-stage pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market, identify and prioritize accounts with strong EmpowerX potential.
• Generate leads through research, prospecting, networks, referrals, and events.
• Develop account-specific prospecting strategies and follow-up plans.
• Own a portfolio of prospective EmpowerX accounts and forecast early-stage pipeline.
• Lead discovery conversations with diverse stakeholders and qualify opportunities.
