Job summary

Ministry Brands is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our growth-focused team. You will generate and qualify leads, reach out to prospective clients, and set meetings for Account Executives, fueling early funnel stages in a dynamic SaaS environment.

The role supports remote working within approved Southeast locations, involves outbound outreach, collaboration with marketing, and CRM-based activity logging to drive consistent pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of telemarketing or inside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Microsoft Suite experience.
• Ability to hit at least 18 Sales Accepted Opportunities per month.
• Ability to work in a general office environment.
• Ability to handle extended periods of computer-based work, including telephone.

Responsibilities

• Develop pipeline by building interest with new prospects and clients via outbound research, email, phone or social media.
• Set meetings for the sales team for product demonstrations with interested prospects.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to initiate the sales cycle with targeted campaigns.
• Use dialer tools with about 2 hours of calls daily.
• Contribute to forecasting, reporting, CRM data quality and communications.
• Respond to inbound leads and log activities in CRM.
