Job summary

Ministry Brands is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. You will generate and qualify leads, reach out to prospective clients, and set meetings for the Account Executives.

Your role is critical in driving the early stages of the sales funnel and contributing to growth. The role offers remote-friendly options within approved Southeast locations, collaboration with marketing and sales teams, and opportunities to contribute to demand generation campaigns while

Qualifications

• 1+ years of telemarketing or inside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to achieve at least 18 SAO per month.
• Comfort working in a general office environment and long computer-based tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop pipeline by outbound research and outreach via email, phone and social media.
• Set meetings for the sales team for product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to drive targeted demand generation.
• Utilize dialer tools and log activities in the CRM daily.
• Support forecasting, reporting and CRM data quality through the sales cycle.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads and maintain activity logs.
