DoiT is growing its Attribute team and seeks a hands-on Sales Development Manager to lead and scale the global SDR organization across North America and EMEA, with a heavy outbound focus.

This role reports to the Director GTM, Attribute, and is fully remote on the US East Coast, building the outbound engine and setting a Gold Standard for messaging.

You will coach, mentor, and drive pipeline through multi‑threaded ABM approaches and multi-channel outreach to map complex organizations.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading global SDR teams and outbound selling.
• Proven track record achieving pipeline targets.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.

• Own pipeline goals by tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
