You will conduct outbound calls, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings while building lasting relationships with business owners. Knowledge of Salesforce and dialing systems is essential, and a neutral English accent is required for the voice sample.

Qualifications

• Experience as SDR, Appointment Setter, or similar outbound sales role.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with Dialpad or dialing systems.
• Experience with omnichannel lead-generation and tracking systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Neutral English accent (voice sample may be required).
• Strong prospecting, qualification, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using dialing systems.
• Leave voicemails and follow up with prospects.
• Qualify business owners and capital-group prospects.
• Schedule appointments with qualified prospects.
• Build and maintain relationships through follow-up.
• Escalate opportunities to Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce.
• Use omnichannel tools to manage engagement.
