Wing Assistant - India is seeking a results-driven Sales Caller for a fully remote role based in the United States. You will reach out to prospects, qualify leads, and support the sales cycle using CRM and standard scripts.

This position offers flexible US hours and a path to growth within a fast‑moving startup environment. The ideal candidate has 1+ year of sales experience, excellent English communication, strong organization, and comfort with remote collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Excellent English communication, C1+ level.
• Strong phone, email and chat communication.
• Able to work US hours, including graveyard shifts.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers to provide information about products or services.
• Qualify leads over the phone and record in CRM.
• Coordinate and follow up on customer appointments.
• Make collection calls and update payment information per scripts.
• Run customer surveys and compile results in reports.
• Address support tickets and resolve customer concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation with sales strategy.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
