SelectQuote is hiring a Sales Development Advisor in a fast-growing culture-driven team. This is an unlicensed position where you will triage consumer inquiries to licensed agents and build an inside sales career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year or more experience in a telesales or sales environment.
• Preference for experience in high-volume, commission-driven roles with proven success.
• Job stability and tenure in roles.

Responsibilities

• Outbound dialing prospects to generate interest in SelectQuote's products – upwards of 800 calls daily.
• Overcome sales objections and transfer potential customers to a licensed insurance agent.
• Meet and exceed monthly goals for transfer rates and agent conversions.
• Paid training and tools provided for success.
• Great earning potential – base plus bonus; avg first-year earnings around $50k, top producers $80k+.
• Sales Training Program after 6 months to move into a licensed agent role.
