SelectQuote is seeking experienced, driven, resilient sales professionals to join our Qualifications Team as a Sales Development Advisor (SDA).

This is an unlicensed, outbound sales role—high-volume, metrics-driven, not customer service. It offers paid training, a base salary plus bonus, and a path into a licensed sales position after proven performance. Remote, full-time W-2.

Candidates must be able to handle up to 800 outbound calls per day and meet quotas.

Responsibilities

• Make up to 800 outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
• Generate interest and engage prospects to transfer to licensed agents.
• Qualify prospects and identify customer needs over the phone.
• Handle objections and move conversations toward next steps.
• Follow sales scripts and achieve transfer and KPI goals.
• Stay coached, absorb feedback, and apply improvements.
