Job summary

SelectQuote is seeking experienced, driven sales professionals to join our Qualifications Team as Sales Development Advisor (SDA). This unlicensed outbound sales role focuses on contacting prospective customers, generating interest, understanding needs, overcoming objections, and transferring qualified prospects to licensed agents.

This is a high-volume, performance-driven position with paid training, base salary plus bonuses, and a potential path into licensed sales.

Qualifications

• Assistant must have at least 1 year of telesales, inside sales, phone sales, or comparable sales experience.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, metrics-driven or commission-based environment.
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
• Professional and reliable work habits.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers, up to 800 calls per day.
• Generate interest and engage prospects effectively.
• Identify customer needs and qualify prospects for transfer to a licensed agent.
• Handle objections and move qualified prospects toward the next step.
• Follow sales scripts and established processes while staying engaging.
