Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of telesales, inside sales, phone sales, or comparable sales experience required.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment and meet quotas.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers, up to 800 per day.
• Generate interest and engage prospects to transfer to a licensed agent.
• Handle objections and guide conversations toward next steps.
• Follow scripts and achieve monthly transfer and KPI targets.
• Maintain attendance, productivity, and responsiveness in a multi-monitor setup.
