RecruitMyMom is seeking a remote contractor to provide versatile administrative and marketing support for an established business brokerage, assisting clients with buying and selling businesses.

The role is approx 4 hours per day (20 hours per week), with flexible scheduling to align with business growth. You will drive prospect engagement through email and phone outreach, manage campaigns, and support transaction workflows.

Competenze

• Proven experience running structured email outreach initiatives and managing marketing campaigns.
• Background in sales prospecting, cold calling, and lead qualification.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to data entry and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for client-facing engagement.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Mansioni

• Execute cold calling to identify and engage prospective buyers and sellers.
• Develop structured email outreach sequences and manage follow-ups.
• Set up and monitor marketing campaigns across designated channels.
• Maintain records of client interactions, campaign data, and lead statuses.
• Coordinate workflows across outreach platforms and marketing tools.
• Utilize HubSpot, Outlook, Teams to track contacts and pipelines.
• Prepare weekly and monthly deliverables: activity summaries and ROI analyses.
