Job summary

Remote Raven is seeking a Virtual Operations & Marketing Coordinator to run daily marketing and operations. You will own a CRM, manage high‑volume SMS outreach, keep the executive inbox organized, and maintain clean, deployment‑ready lead data that fuels the company’s deals.

You will report to the business owner and support several brands, requiring independence, precision, and clear communication to inform stakeholders without prompting.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on CRM administration across platforms, including tagging and segmentation.
• SMS/text outreach experience and list prep, deployment, and opt‑out compliance.
• Executive inbox management with prioritization and timely responses.
• Strong data‑operations discipline: cleaning, de‑duping, standardizing data.
• Excellent written English and attention to detail; able to work independently US hours.
• Basic website/content tasks and social posting coordination.

Responsibilities

• CRM management & administration: templates, lists, tagging, segmentation, data accuracy.
• SMS & text outreach: daily campaigns, verification, monitoring delivery and responses.
• Email & executive inbox support: triage, prioritization, draft replies as needed.
• Lead data operations: clean property files, organize skip traces, prepare lists.
• Marketing, social & content: schedule posts, repurpose content, run campaigns.
• Website, presentations & research: update WordPress/Elementor pages; build slides; summarize market research.
