Job summary

1-800Accountant is seeking a Virtual Sales Representative to join our remote team. You will manage a high-volume sales pipeline, deliver compelling Google Meet presentations, and educate clients on the value of our accounting services.

This role requires a proven sales record, excellent communication, and a collaborative, coachable mindset. The position is full-time, non-exempt, and remote with standard EST hours.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales experience and proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to build trust with clients; strong relationship skills.
• Disciplined, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with good time management.
• Comfortable using new technology to enhance workflow and client interactions.
• Collaborative team player open to coaching and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
• Deliver high-impact presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet to drive engagement.
• Educate clients on value of professional accounting and tax services through consultative sales.
• Strategically manage client relationships and ensure thorough follow-up to advance the sales cycle.
• Master our CRM and sales tools to efficiently manage pipeline and client data.
