Job summary

1-800Accountant is seeking a Virtual Small Business Sales Representative to join our remote team. You will manage a high-volume pipeline, deliver product demonstrations via Google Meet, and educate clients on the value of professional accounting services.

We offer uncapped commissions with an average OTE of $60,000–$120,000, full-time, non-exempt employment, and a robust benefits package. Remote work is available in approved states with EST business hours.

Qualifications

• > 2-4 years of sales experience and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• - Expert communicator skilled at building trust via phone and video calls.
• - Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with strong time management.
• - Comfortable with new technology and using it to enhance workflow and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• > Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects.
• < Deliver high-impact visual presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet.
• < Educate clients on the value of professional accounting and tax services through a consultative approach.
• < Strategically manage client relationships and provide exceptional follow-up to advance the sales cycle.
• < Master our CRM system and other sales tools to efficiently manage your pipeline.
