Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust seeks a Sales Analyst to deliver data-driven insights that drive sales efficiency, revenue growth and client loyalty. You will analyze sales data to identify trends and present actions to product, sales and marketing teams.

The role builds customer profiles and playbooks, partners with stakeholders on objectives, and creates dashboards in Power BI. Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel and SQL is required, along with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with assigned teams and act as trusted advisor.
• Leverage internal/external data sources to identify account targeting plans and targets by product category/market.
• Develop ideal customer profiles and playbooks for campaign opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate objectives into data-driven reporting solutions.
• Identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle to increase pipeline velocity.
• Analyze product, competitive, channel and customer dynamics to uncover insights and guide performance.
• Use Power BI to develop and maintain reports and dashboards for sales teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve data collection via the CRM system.
