Shanahan Engineering Inc. seeks a Sales Account Manager to grow our presence in the power generation sector. You will cultivate customer relationships, identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts that create value for customers and the business.

Ideal candidates have experience selling gas/steam turbines, compressors, or combined-cycle equipment, with knowledge of EPC and project management. Travel is frequent and Texas-based remote work is preferred.

Formación

• Degree in engineering, business, sales, or related field.
• Frequent travel required.
• Experience selling solutions in power generation, gas turbines, steam turbines, compressors or combined-cycle equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular calls and meetings.
• Visit customers, deliver presentations, and strengthen key account relationships.
• Travel frequently for business as required.
• Generate new business to support sales strategy across Technical Field Service, Commissioning Services, and Consultancy Services.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while growing revenue from existing and new customers.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with the company’s direction.
• Prepare commercial and technical bid documents in response to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with head office and business units to finalize new customer agreements.
