The role blends relationship management, business development, and project oversight to drive long-term partnerships. You will collaborate with leadership and technical teams to craft solutions, monitor performance metrics, and ensure successful project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Proven leadership experience across teams or complex projects.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to liaise with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead client accounts and drive strategic growth within assigned markets.
• Translate client needs into clearly defined project scopes and deliverables.
• Coordinate with PMs and engineering teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop bids/proposals and contribute to continuous improvement through lessons learned.
