You will drive business development, manage projects, and build lasting partnerships with clients in the power sector.

The role demands strong communication, relationship-building, and the ability to translate client requirements into actionable project scopes, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive engineering experience and leadership.
• Strong communication, client relationship, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship leader for assigned strategic accounts and develop long-term client partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to expand scope of work within accounts and contribute to bids and proposals.
• Coordinate with client teams and engineering groups to define clear project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure smooth handoff from opportunity to execution and maintain ongoing client satisfaction.
• Monitor project health and communicate updates to leadership and clients.
