Job summary

Lake Superior Consulting in the United States seeks an Engineering Account Manager - Power Generation to lead growth of key client accounts in the power sector. You will align client objectives with LSC resources, manage projects from opportunity through delivery, and build long-term partnerships.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in engineering, 7+ years of experience, strong leadership and PM skills, and exceptional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Proven leadership experience on teams or projects.
• Strong project management knowledge and skills.
• Experience managing client relationships/strategic accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship leader for strategic accounts.
• Identify opportunities within markets and client accounts.
• Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to develop solutions.
• Coordinate with PMs to ensure clear project scopes and delivery.
• Monitor client and project health across scope, schedule, budget, risk.
• Facilitate communication between clients and execution teams.
• Identify opportunities for additional work during execution.
