Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Release Train Engineer (RTE) to act as servant leader and coach for a complex Agile Release Train (ART). You will enable SAFe adoption, facilitate PI planning, and drive continuous improvement across teams, with strong focus on alignment, transparency, and value delivery.

You will mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leaders, manage dependencies and risks, and partner with business and technology stakeholders to optimize program execution and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, CS or equivalent.
• 7+ years of related experience including 5+ years in Agile leadership roles.
• SAFe certifications such as RTE or SPC are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate SAFe ART events (PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos).
• Coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners; mentor teams and leaders.
• Identify, manage, and resolve program dependencies, risks and impediments.
• Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to align strategy and execution.
• Drive continuous improvement using Inspect and Adapt workshops and metrics.
