Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Lead Release Train Engineer (RTE) to serve as a servant leader and coach for a complex Agile Release Train (ART). You will enable alignment, transparency, and value delivery across multiple teams by guiding SAFe practices and removing impediments.

The role requires extensive experience with SAFe, excellent facilitation, and strong relationships with executives, product teams, and stakeholders. Travel may be required for training and meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of related experience in Agile leadership roles.
• SAFe experience and RTE/SAFe certifications.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events and program ceremonies.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on Lean-Agile practices.
• Align strategy with execution across value streams and programs.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and impediments.
• Drive continuous improvement through Inspect & Adapt and metrics.
