Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a Sales Development Representative I in Central with a mission to expand the sales funnel through proactive outreach. You will generate qualified meetings for Account Executives, listen to customer needs, and articulate how EvenUp’s AI-powered tools help justice-seeking clients and law firms close more cases.

The role emphasizes discovery, outbound strategy, and close collaboration with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 8+ months of experience in Sales Development
• Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models
• Experienced with generating outbound leads
• CRM experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Grow top of funnel through cold outbound campaigns
• Generate sales-ready meetings for Account Executives
• Understand customer needs and communicate how EvenUp solves them
• Identify high-potential growth areas and develop outbound strategies
• Develop strong sales and product knowledge
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success for content and first impressions
• Research companies and add prospects to outbound list
• Maintain accurate client data in HubSpot
