Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a Sales Development Representative I Southeast to grow the sales funnel from remote locations across the US. You will generate outbound opportunities and set meetings for Account Executives, leveraging EvenUp’s qualification criteria and strong listening skills to uncover business needs.

You will partner with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure compelling first impressions for new customers while maintaining clean data in HubSpot.

Qualifications

• 8+ months of experience in Sales Development.
• Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
• Experience generating outbound leads.
• CRM experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow top of funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
• Generate sales-ready meetings for Account Executives using qualification criteria.
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and communicate how EvenUp can help.
• Identify growth areas and develop outbound strategies to reach them.
• Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to make strong first impressions for new customers.
• Research companies and add prospects to outbound lists.
• Maintain accurate client data within HubSpot.
