Job summary

EvenUp is hiring a Sales Development Representative I Southeast to expand the top of the funnel through targeted outbound campaigns. The role focuses on generating qualified meetings for Account Executives and developing strong product knowledge to articulate EvenUp’s value in supporting personal injury cases.

You will collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to create compelling first impressions for new customers and maintain accurate records in HubSpot.

Qualifications

• 8+ months of experience in Sales Development
• Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models
• Experience generating outbound leads
• CRM experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns
• Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using EvenUp’s qualification criteria
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and problems and articulate how EvenUp solves them
• Identify growth areas and develop outbound strategies to add them to EvenUp
• Develop strong sales and product knowledge
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to craft compelling first impressions for new customers
• Research companies and add prospects to outbound lists
• Maintain accurate client relationship data in HubSpot
