Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a Sales Development Representative I to expand the top of the funnel using outbound campaigns and targeted outreach. You will generate qualified meetings for Account Executives and learn EvenUp’s products to articulate value effectively.

You will collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to craft compelling outreach and ensure clean HubSpot data, supporting a fast-growing, mission-driven software company focused on justice outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ months of Sales Development experience.
• Familiar with SaaS or service models.
• Experienced with generating outbound leads.
• CRM experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
• Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives using EvenUp’s qualification criteria.
• Utilize active listening to understand customer needs and communicate how EvenUp can help.
• Identify high-potential growth areas and develop outbound strategies.
• Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success for best content and first impressions.
• Research companies and add prospects to outbound list.
• Maintain accurate client data in HubSpot.
