Job summary

EvenUp is hiring a Sales Development Representative I for a remote-friendly role serving multiple US markets. You will start conversations, qualify leads, and set meetings for Account Executives while learning EvenUp’s products and value.

Qualifications

• 8+ months of experience in Sales Development.
• Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
• Experienced with generating outbound leads.
• CRM experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow top of funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
• Generate sales-ready meetings for Account Executives using qualification criteria.
• Understand customer needs and communicate how EvenUp solves them.
• Identify growth areas and execute outbound strategies.
• Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to create strong first impressions.
• Research companies and add prospects to outbound list.
• Maintain accurate client data in HubSpot.
