Job summary

n8n GmbH is seeking a dedicated Renewals Specialist to own end-to-end commercial renewals for a high-volume portfolio of Enterprise customers. You will negotiate terms, prepare quotes, and coordinate procurement, signatures, and CRM updates to ensure revenue retention.

You will work with Scaled CSMs and cross-functional teams to build scalable renewal processes and automation, handling ~60 renewals per quarter and driving predictable outcomes.

Qualifications

• You’ve owned commercial renewals, account management, or a commercially focused CS portfolio in B2B SaaS.
• Managed a sizeable book of customers; comfortable with dozens of renewal conversations.
• Able to negotiate pricing and terms; handle quotes, orders, procurement, and signatures.
• Maintain renewal pipeline with forecasts, dates, and CRM hygiene.
• Experience in a fast-growing startup where processes evolve quickly.
• Builder mindset; eager to create structure while doing the work.
• Automation mindset; eager to use AI to scale high-volume renewals.

Responsibilities

• Own renewals end-to-end: quotes, pricing, procurement, forms, signatures, CRM/billing.
• Manage around 60 renewals per quarter with clear next steps and renewal dates.
• Partner with CSMs on renewal risk and renewal path.
• Keep renewal forecasts and CRM hygiene up to date.
• Build a scalable renewal motion by improving workflows and templates.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Customer Success to resolve blockers.
