Job summary
n8n GmbH is seeking a Renewals Specialist to own end-to-end renewals for a high-volume Enterprise customer portfolio. You will negotiate terms, prepare quotes, and coordinate procurement and signatures, ensuring accurate processing in CRM and billing systems.
You will monitor about 60 renewals per quarter, partner with Scaled CSMs to assess renewal risk, and help build scalable renewal processes with automation in mind.
Qualifications
- Experience owning commercial renewals in B2B SaaS, including negotiating contracts and renewals.
- Managed a high-volume portfolio with dozens of renewal conversations.
- Comfort negotiating pricing and terms and handling quotes, order forms, procurement, and signatures.
- Maintain renewal forecasts and CRM data hygiene; ensure timely contract closure.
- Experience in a fast-growing startup where processes evolve quickly.
- Proactive mindset; able to improve processes while doing the work.
- Interest in using automation/AI to scale high-volume renewal workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own renewals end-to-end: quotes, pricing, procurement, signatures, CRM/billing processing.
- Manage a high-volume renewal pipeline with ~60 renewals per quarter.
- Partner with CSMs to assess renewal risk and determine renewal paths.
- Keep forecasts accurate and notes updated for upcoming renewals.
- Build a scalable renewal motion by improving workflows and templates.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Customer Success to resolve blockers.
