As our Renewals Lead, you will own the full renewal cycle for enterprise accounts, prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close contracts with procurement and technical champions.

Qualifications

• Experience with B2B SaaS renewals or commercial CS on high-volume portfolios.
• Strong forecasting discipline and CRM hygiene.
• Ability to build structure and leverage automation.
• Shape the renewal function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Own the full renewal cycle for ~60 Enterprise accounts per quarter.
• Prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close contracts with procurement and technical champions.
• Partner with CSMs on risk and keep forecasts and CRM accurate.
