Formación

• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS and/or EdTech.
• Ability to independently manage multiple searches with speed and accuracy.
• Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions with urgency.
• Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Drive proactive sourcing beyond inbound applications.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing, efficiency, and speed.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and recruiting documentation.
• Pivot quickly as business priorities change.
