Ensemble is actively seeking a results-driven Recruiter (Temporary) to support high-volume, full-cycle recruiting efforts nationwide. You will partner with hiring managers to craft sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and coordinate interviews while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

The role is remote, with occasional travel to client or corporate locations as needed. We seek an organized, relationship-focused professional comfortable with AI-enabled process improvements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare or corporate settings.
• Must be inquisitive and open to AI-enabled process improvements.
• Remote position with travel to client sites or corporate offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and qualify candidates using job boards, ATS, referrals, and networking.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with hiring managers for feedback and momentum.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
