Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team on a three-month temporary assignment. This role will own full-cycle recruiting for one or more Corporate or GTM units and report directly to the Senior Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition.

This is a fully remote role with core working hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm EST. The ideal candidate can ramp quickly, operate independently, and deliver high quality hiring outcomes in a fast moving, high

Qualifications

At least two years of recruiting experience supporting G&A, Marketing, or GTM teams.
Ability to independently manage full-cycle recruiting.
Experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing decisions.
Familiarity with TA tools such as Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and own recruitment strategies for business units; set goals and metrics.
Consult with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, hiring priorities, and workforce planning.
Source, screen, and interview candidates; prioritize pools and channels.
Make offers and negotiate within compensation frameworks.
Represent the organization in employment branding and external talent communities.
