Job summary

HireHire is seeking a recruiting professional to own searches end-to-end—from brief to offer—leveraging AI-enabled processes. You’ll serve as the main contact for clients, candidates, and experts, and will focus on the top 1% of candidates from the very first conversation.

In this fully remote role, you’ll receive a base salary plus commission, flexible hours, and exposure to global projects with mentorship from the co-founders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in tech.
• Experience with AI-driven hiring processes.
• Proficiency with ATS and HR tech.
• Ability to build client and candidate relationships.
• Write sharp, non-template job descriptions.

Responsibilities

• Own each search end-to-end—from brief to offer.
• Be the main contact for clients, candidates, and experts.
• Focus on the top 1% of candidates and engage from the first talk.
• Write sharp, non-template job descriptions, briefs, and outreach.
• Manage sourcing through internal network and targeted external search.
• Track progress with data and feedback, not gut feel.
