ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is seeking a Senior Contract Recruiter to support aggressive growth of its Sales and GTM org. This remote role will partner with founders and executive leadership to build scalable hiring processes while filling 50+ sales roles across Account Executives and SDRs.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, proven success in high-growth B2B SaaS or AI startups, and a track record of moving quickly in fast-paced environments.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting Sales and GTM talent in high-growth startups.
• Proven success scaling sales teams 25–50+ hires.
• Ability to partner with founders and executives.
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate attraction.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a hiring strategy to add 50+ sales professionals.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for AE/SDR and GTM roles.
• Build and manage pipelines for high-volume hiring.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and outbound sourcing.
• Establish efficient interviewing and selection processes.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to align profiles and timelines.
• Track KPIs like time-to-fill and pipeline activity.
• Deliver a responsive, candidate-centered experience.
