Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Solutions Consultant to support enterprise accounts from our London hub. You will lead technical discussions, demos, and solution design to showcase value and drive revenue as the company innovates.

The role requires 6+ years in SaaS sales engineering or solution consulting, with strong communication and Frontend experience a plus. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to accelerate digital product delivery and security readiness.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in sales engineering or solution consulting within a SaaS organization.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly and balance customer needs with business priorities.
• Responsible for positioning technology presales and leading evaluations in enterprise contexts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demos.
• Frontend development or developer lifecycle experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Paint the vision of the company Platform and guide customers in realizing value through demos and presentations.
• Support the Sales team by addressing platform questions and showcasing how the platform speeds digital product delivery.
• Own the customer IT and Security relationship during the deal cycle by addressing security questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs, identity and enterprise questions.
• Collaborate with Product and Support to identify and influence roadmap opportunities for new features and security enhancements.
• Design and scale technical sales efforts, facilitating conversations between customers, sales and product teams.
• Create thoughtful content to delight customers and internal partners about the platform.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop skills and operate with autonomy.
