Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Leader for Platforms Solutions Architecture. You will guide a pre-sales team, collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing, and drive strategic engagements with C-level clients in the SaaS/payments space.

You will build and mentor a world-class engineering team, champion customer success, and steer upsell and cross-sell motions with cross-functional partners. Travel ~25% to customer sites and events is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in pre-sales leadership.
• 10+ years in technical sales/consulting/implementation/GTM.
• Proven track record building leading solution architecture/engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a world-class pre-sales engineering team.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing and Services to drive go-to-market initiatives.
• Engage with executive-level customers and build trusted advisory relationships.
• Drive upsell, cross-sell and cosell motions to expand existing business.
• Represent the company at industry events and customer reviews.
