Thryv is hiring an Outside Software Account Representative to grow our SaaS client base in the local market. This role requires building a book of business from scratch, with over 50% of work conducted outside the home office and a focus on new account development.

You will become a SaaS expert, partner with marketing and technology teams, and drive the buyer’s journey to help small businesses grow using Thryv’s platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience required.
• 2+ years in outbound sales (full cycle) required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must live within 1 hour of the posting city.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand Thryv's SaaS clients in the local market.
• Build personal pipeline via self-generated and company-initiated efforts.
• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities in the territory.
• Execute defined sales processes and participate in training.
