Inspira Financial is seeking a Senior Onboarding Specialist - SaaS to support partner onboarding, migrations, and client success across a remote, home-based role. You’ll manage employer onboarding, lead migrations for HSA/Notional accounts, and collaborate on implementation projects with partner networks.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in client service or relationship management, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 5 years of client service or relationship management experience in a fast-paced environment with institutional advisors or managers.
• Strong relationship and communication skills across internal and external clients.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines in a scaling startup environment.
• Experience solving complex issues both independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented, organized and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Lead employer onboarding and implementation for SMB and Mid-Market clients through strategic partners.
• Manage bulk HSA and Notional migrations and ensure seamless transitions for employers.
• Collaborate on partner implementation projects to support ongoing platform success.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with partners and employers; mitigate churn and advocate for client needs.
• Lead status calls and develop strategies to improve client health and satisfaction.
