Inspira is seeking a Senior Onboarding Specialist to support partner onboarding and SaaS-based migrations. You will lead employer onboarding for SMB and Mid-Market clients, manage HSA/Notional migrations, and collaborate on partner implementations to ensure a smooth rollout of our platform.

The ideal candidate is curious, flexible, and comfortable navigating change as the business scales, with a strong focus on customer success and reducing churn through proactive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the employer onboarding and implementation for SMB and Mid-Market clients via strategic partners.
• Manage bulk HSA and Notional migrations to ensure seamless transitions for employers.
• Collaborate on partner implementation projects to ensure successful platform adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with partners and employers and advocate for their needs.
• Identify risks early, mitigate churn, and provide feedback for product improvements.
• Adapt to changing responsibilities as the company scales and processes improve.
