Job summary

Sierra Interactive is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to own the client onboarding journey and ensure a smooth transition from sale to site launch for a portfolio of SaaS clients. You’ll lead each client from contract to go-live, maintain momentum, and build trust through proactive, high-touch communication.

You’ll remove blockers, provide solutions, and ensure every client feels guided, informed, and supported, while driving measurable results for every project in a fully remote

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; SaaS onboarding experience is a plus.
• Experience in customer onboarding, project, or account coordination in a SaaS environment is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to guide clients through complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding experience for a portfolio of new clients from contract to go-live.
• Drive client progress with proactive nudges via email, phone, and video calls.
• Guide clients through key deliverables like intake, approvals, EIN submission, and billing setup.
• Collaborate with Education, Support, and Operations to ensure a frictionless client experience.
• Provide first-line onboarding education and escalate advanced training when needed.
