Job summary

Constellation Payments is seeking a Manager of Professional Services to lead our onboarding and integration teams for ISV partners on our PayFac platform. You will guide project delivery, API integrations, and partner enablement, working with product, engineering, and operations to ensure timely go-lives.

You will manage a team delivering multi-project onboarding, optimize risk and security, and champion the use of AI within the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years in professional services, PM, or partner implementations in a SaaS environment.
• 2+ years leading a team.
• Understanding of payment processing, gateways, and ISV integration models.
• Experience with APIs and technical integration projects.
• Knowledge of project management tools and reporting components.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of partner implementation projects, including planning, resources, and timelines.
• Develop and manage project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Optimize partner implementations for risk, security, and payment yields.
• Lead and coach a team of professional services and technical resources.
• Collaborate with sales and partner success to align onboarding plans with partner objectives.
• Serve as escalation point for implementation issues and resolve blocks cross-functionally.
• Develop and refine implementation processes, documentation, and enablement materials.
• Track performance metrics to ensure high-quality onboarding experiences.
